Intrahealth's iHRIS project delivers 3 new open source software products to strengthen Human Resource Information Systems

The Capacity Project, funded by USAID and led by IntraHealth, has developed the iHRIS Suite of three Open Source core software solutions, each addressing a specific Human Resources for Health (HRH) leadership issue.

ClickDiagnostics addresses two main healthcare issues in developing countries: 1. Access to medical specialists in under-served regions; 2. Collection of real-time data for interventions in areas such as maternal mortality, cancer or AIDS.

A new paper on Global Migration of the Highly Skilled by Theo Dunnewijk of United Nations University helps shed some new light on 'South-South' brain drain/brain strain/brain circulation.
